If you find that Football Index is getting too much you can take a ‘Time Out’. This feature can be accessed via ‘Account’ > ‘Responsible Gambling’ > ‘Time Out’. A ‘Time Out’ allows you to take a short break from trading blocking access to your account for 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During this time period you will not be able to log into your account.

Reality Check

 

The Football Index platform also has a ‘Reality Check’ feature. This feature notifies you that you have been on the platform for a certain time period, reminding you to take a break. The ‘Reality Check’ feature can be activated at 1-hour, 2-hours or 6-hours and is accessible via ‘Account’ > ‘Responsible Gambling’ > ‘Reality Check’. The ‘Reality Check’ feature can be useful as a reminder for when you have been on the Football Index platform for too long and it may be time for a break.

Self-Exclusion

 

Sometimes gambling and/or trading can be overwhelming and you can lose sight of the bigger picture. The Football Index is an entertainment platform and if you find that it is having a detrimental effect on your emotions, relationships or financial stability then self-exclusion may be a sensible option.
